What is Figma?

Figma is a collaborative design tool for user interfaces, prototypes, and design systems. Designers use it for screens, components, variants, and handoff notes that developers reference when building products.

Assistant

Figma via MCP would let the assistant read files, components, and comments to answer implementation questions or summarise design intent. The integration is read-focused; it would not change your Figma files without approval.

  • Read file structure, nodes, and component metadata
  • Surface comments and design context for build tasks
  • No silent writes to Figma files

Workflows

Workflow steps for Figma are not available in this release. The assistant can still use MCP tools when the integration is connected.

How to connect

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.
  2. On the Figma card, choose Connect.
  3. Sign in with the provider when prompted and allow the access Dailify requests.
  4. Pick a default policy for new tools (Require approval is recommended).

Figma is not available to connect yet. The steps above apply when it ships.

Permissions and safety

  • New MCP tools default to Require approval unless you choose Auto-run when connecting.
  • After connecting, open Manage on the integration card to change permissions per discovered tool.
  • The assistant only sees data your provider account can access — Dailify does not broaden OAuth scope beyond what you grant.
