What is Google Workspace?

Google Workspace connects your Google account so Dailify can search email, manage calendar events, and work with Drive files you already have access to.

Assistant

When your mailbox is connected, the assistant uses built-in email tools (not MCP). It only accesses mail your IMAP login can read.

  • Search your mailbox for messages that match a query
  • Read a specific message when you ask about a thread
  • Mark read, delete, or move messages only when you approve the action

Workflows

When Google Workspace is connected, these workflow steps can use your saved integration.

  • Search Gmail

    Search messages in a connected Google Workspace Gmail account using a query resolved from upstream data

  • Get Gmail message

    Load a single Gmail message by message id from a connected Google Workspace account

  • Create Gmail draft

    Create a draft message in Gmail (to, subject, and body resolved from upstream workflow data)

  • Modify Gmail message

    Update labels on a Gmail message (for example mark as read or unread) using a message id from upstream data

  • List Gmail labels

    List Gmail labels (tags) from a connected Google Workspace account so downstream steps can use label ids

  • Tag Gmail message

    Add or remove Gmail label ids on a message using expressions (comma-separated ids or a JSON array)

  • List calendar events

    List events from Google Calendar for a connected account (optional time bounds and free-text query)

  • Get calendar event

    Load a single Google Calendar event by event id from upstream data

  • Create calendar event

    Create a Google Calendar event using a JSON body resolved from upstream workflow data

  • Update calendar event

    Update an existing Google Calendar event by id using a JSON patch resolved from upstream data

    Search files in Google Drive for a connected account using a query resolved from upstream data

    Load Drive file metadata and exported text content for a file id from upstream data

  • Create Drive file

    Create a file in Google Drive (name, MIME type, and content resolved from upstream workflow data)

  • Upload Drive file

    Upload file content to Google Drive (name, MIME type, and body resolved from upstream workflow data)
